Natural Penile Enlargement

As soon as the penis is in a semi-erect state, grab the base of the penis with the left hand and with the right hand forming an ‘okay’ sign, grip the penis and slowly move it to the head. Try to focus pushing the blood to the head of the penis with movements that resemble is ‘milking’.

When you reach the head of the penis, swap hands and repeat the procedure for about 25 times. Practice repetitions daily for seven days. Add another 25 repetitions after seven days. Within two months, you should be doing 200 jelqs.

Another natural penis enlargement exercise to do involves using traction. Grab the penis head with an ‘okay’ grip. Slowly stretch the penis in front of you and hold for around 10-15 seconds.

After this, gently massage the penis. Continue the stretching exercise in different directions: up, down, straight, left and right. Just make sure to massage the penis after each stretch. Make sure not to stretch the penis too strongly and too far.

These exercise, when done properly and regularly, can increase the penis length anywhere from .8 to 2 inches. Continued use for an extended period of time will result to additional inches.

However, caution should also be exercised when practicing these natural penile enlargement techniques. Doing the penis exercises incorrectly can result to pain or worse, irreversible and embarrassing damage to the penis.
